Agistix is a global supply chain visibility, execution, and event management platform. It provides shippers, suppliers, and carriers with a centralized location to view all shipments across all carriers.
CHALLENGE
Our client faced two significant challenges simultaneously. First, Agistix operates within a very narrow market niche that is highly competitive. Second, there is a strict budget for marketing and paid promotion activities. Given this, our client aimed to put additional efforts into inbound lead generation and build a funnel that would potentially attract 10+ relevant top-of-funnel (TOF) leads per month.
SOLUTION
We created and implemented a strategy focused on three critical things:
Creating a clear value proposition to differentiate from competitors by aligning all the essential digital assets (website development, case studies, blog articles, social media pages).
Growing brand awareness through content marketing, using different formats, including SEO-optimized articles and Gated content with promotion on LinkedIn.
Creating an inbound marketing model that will cover all funnel stages and bring leads even when paid ads are not run.
